What you will be doing:

• Provide analysis and assistance to the process owners to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage operational information of the business areas.
• Process workshops facilitation.
• Deliver alternatives for systems workflow.

What skills you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst. Runing data, consolidating analysis reports and delivering solutions on identified improvement areas.
• Desired B2+/C1 proficiency in English
• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst. Runing data, consolidating analysis reports and delivering solutions on identified improvement areas.
• Strong Excell experience. Power BI will be a plus
• Upbeat, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of others

Other skills:

• Ability to design, implement, and manage projects and direct the related resources, personnel and activities to successful completion using Project Management tools such as project milestones, scheduling, software, budget and expense tracking, progress reporting, and contingency planning. Ability to provide oversight for project's and all related activities to include cost, timelines, quality assurance and safety.
• Ability to identify opportunities & threats, advantages & disadvantages, and potential problem areas, and anticipate their implications and consequences in order to take appropriate action and prepare for possible contingencies. Ability to identify the central and underlying issues in a complex or given situation.
