What you will be doing:
Manage the R&S area for high volume agents
• Ensures compliance of Recruitment KPI’s
• Organize recruitment team activities to achieve the goals
• Ensures the hiring the right talent, with the right sourcing to the right position
Ensures the application and follow up of Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures.
• Supervises day-to-day Recruitment, Selection and placement Procedure.
• Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
• Reviews Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and updates where necessary.
• Implements Recruitment, Selection and Placement enhancements where needed.
• Recommends Recruiting Strategies to increase headcount.
Enhance Company Branding
• Facilitates Educational Tours as required.
• Coordinates with Universities for Placement and/or other school activities.
• Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives, and market characteristics, cost factors.
• Conceptualizes Sourcing Collaterals.
5% Conversion Rate
• Monitors total number of hires from identifies sourcing strategies.
• Identify and review low yielding sourcing strategy.
• Recommends initiatives to increase productivity of low yielding sourcing strategy.
• Increase social networking capability
What skills you will need:
• B2+/C1 proficiency in English
• Upbeat, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of others
• At least 1 year of experience in high volume recruitment (preferably on the BPO sector)
• Advanced knowledge and skills with business software applications. MS Office applications. Advance Excel applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree, certificated. • Professional appearance and conduct
